What are these bands compatible with?

Our bands are designed to be compatible with the WHOOP 4.0, WHOOP 5.0, and WHOOP MG.

Are these official WHOOP bands?

No. Fluxa is an independent brand. These are third-party accessories, made with high-quality materials and compatible with WHOOP, but not official WHOOP products.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, European Union, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States. 

We’re continuously working on expanding our shipping destinations and new countries will be added soon.

What is the shipping time?

Orders are processed within 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 8–12 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. You may return or exchange your order within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked.
